The Relationship Between Organizational Justice and Job Burnout in Pre-hospital Emergency Nurses

Background: Personnel working in emergency departments are exposed to a lot of burnout due their nature and occupational factors; therefore, it is very important pay attention the factors that cause aggravate burnout. In meantime, existence organizational justice an principle employee efficiency can also affect quality services. Therefore, this study was conducted investigate relationship between department personnel Tabriz hospitals 2019. Materials Methods: The present descriptive cross-sectional correlational performed on 140 pre-hospital Tabriz, Iran 2021. sampling method census. Data were collected using three-part questionnaire including participants’ personal demographic information form, Niehoff Moorman questionnaire, Maslach inventory (MBI). For data analysis, SPSS software, version 22 used through statistics analytical statistics. significance level considered at 0.05. Results: results showed job participants moderate range. Also, correlation statistical test there significant reverse (P<0.05). Conclusion: findings not desirable from perspective sense be largely related situation. based study, suggested managers officials medical centers emergencies by adopting new administrative policies creating favorable climate human dignity take positive steps improve reduce
